We have an excellent opportunity to join as our Right Time Railway Manager as part of the Operations team based at Harlow. This is a secondment expected to last 12 months.

The Role 

The Key Focus of this role is to be responsible and accountable for improving the Right Time performance for all GA services. You will use your skills to undertake structure programme or performance audits and regular site visits at stations, depots, control and signal boxes to identify areas for improvement and possible business cases.

The suitable candidate must be able to directly with Network Rail and Delivery Unit level to ensure performance matters are investigated and resolved. Duties will require the candidate to assist the HQ Performance team with the resolution of internal attribution and disputes. You will also lead risk identification workshops with both Greater Anglia and Network Rail colleagues.

We are looking for a colleague who has a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should have the ability to challenge and advise in a fair and constructive manner and be incident, accident and investigation trained.

The ideal candidate should be pro-active and friendly when dealing with our customers as well as sound knowledge of operating procedure. Train performance experience crucial for this role.
