Senior Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operator

An opportunity has arisen at Chelmsford station for an Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operator.

We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and hard working individual to provide our customers with excellent service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced through pro-active monitoring of the gateline facility (ATG's.)  In addition, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the gateline (ATG's), fault reporting and keeping your work area clean and tidy. 

If you are flexible and customer focused, this could be the role for you!  You will also need to be a problem solver, and be able to think on your feet, as you will encounter many different situations on a daily basis.
