We have a fantastic opportunity within our Asset Management Team for a Project Controls and Compliance Manager. This is a permanent Senior Manager position, based at our One Stratford Place Office (OSP).

The Role

The purpose of this role is to maintain, develop, and apply robust project control and compliance management for projects and facilities. This will be within the agreed guidelines to ensure programme governance is followed and fully met.

You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all Asset Management Project Delivery Processes, and that all programmes/projects are managed in compliance with them. You will work closely with the team to ensure project and programme periodic reports are delivered on time and are of a high-quality and standard.

Within this role, you will be required to provide a professional, consistent, and effective project controls service to Asset Management, including project monitoring and reporting systems in accordance with company standards and guidelines as appropriate.

Duties will also include providing support and administration for key programme governance meetings.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a colleague who has good interpersonal and communication skills and is able to deliver in a high-pressure environment. You should be flexible and able to work to tight deadlines with the capability to recover after any setbacks and changes to plans.

The successful colleague will have experience of programme/project controls management within a regulated industry, as well as a high level of experience in the development and implementation of project processes and reporting.

 PRINCE2 or a similar project management qualification is desirable.
