We have an excellent opportunity within our Customer Service Team at Cambridge Station and for an Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operator.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed colleague to provide our customers with excellent service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced through pro-active monitoring of the gateline facility (ATGs.)  In addition, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the gateline (ATG's), fault reporting and keeping your work area clean and tidy. 

The role involves early starts, late finishes, weekend, and bank holiday working. The role entails an average of 35 hours per week. The suitable candidate must be able to get to the early shifts by own means of transport. Earliest shift is from 05:00am, and latest shift finishes by 00:00am.
