Assistant Project Manager (12 Month FTC / Secondment)
We have an exciting opportunity to join Asset Management Projects as Assistant Project Manager on a fixed term / secondment basis for 12 months.
Role and Responsibilities:
The role will assist Project Managers to deliver wide ranging portfolio of projects including Station Redevelopments, Car Parks, Access for All and Renewals projects.
Assisting the PM to deliver the project(s) safely to time, cost and quality, in accordance with Abellio’s processes applicable Railway Group, Network Rail company standards and other specific legislation including construction design management (CDM) Regulations.
The role will get involved in all stages of the project lifecycle and provides a wealth of opportunity for the right candidate to develop.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years working in a rail environment essential, ideally with exposure and experience of working on projects.
The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, with excellent communication skills who is driven and keen to take the next step and develop within projects/project management.
