Summer Customer Service Hosts – FTC

We are looking for Summer Customer Service Host’s to join our team at Norwich on a 6-month Fixed Term contract Part Time.

Role and Accountability:

The successful individual will be required to be able to work within a team and at times also work alone, demonstrating an ability to exceed customers’ expectations at all times.

You will be required to meet and greet customers upon arrival and exceed customer expectations. You shall also be making station PA Announcements and assisting customers both pre-booked and non pre-booked.

You will need to ensure that Ticket Vending Machines are maintained and effective. Whilst also working on station revenue duties. You will be required to work alone, and at times as part of a team.

Please not this role is a 25-hour, 5 day a week Part Time role with a Fixed Term Contract.

The role will involve shift-based work including both early and late turns of duty. The role also involves weekend working including Sunday turns that are outside of the standard working week. The location of work may vary including providing cover at Norwich and Gt Yarmouth stations and other stations during special events in the area.

Experience, knowledge and Qualifications Required:

GCSE standard in Math’s and English, C and above, any front facing customer facing experience would be beneficial.
