Ticket Office Clerk

Would you like to join our dynamic team at Tottenham Hale ticket office? An excellent opportunity is available to join the team at our expanding station.

Tottenham Hale is undergoing exciting improvement works which will see a new station entrance, an increase in ticket buying facilities and a third platform. It is a busy and vibrant place to work.

Main Duties

We are looking for talented customer focused individuals, who can deliver excellent service as well as take responsibility for the safety and upkeep of our stations. This is a static ticket office role on the west inner area. As a member of the customer service team you will engaging our customers on a daily basis in providing route assistant, providing information on the different types of tickets we sell and making sure all areas of business is clean and tidy.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills, integrity and discretion and a good eye for detail.

You will work on a roster cycle between Monday - Sunday working shifts between 05:50am – 20:00pm.
