The VITA team in Norwich are seeking two full time colleagues to join our 24/7 department.

Main Duties:

You will be responding to inbound calls to the Operational Customer Information telephone option. Responding to customer contacts using the VITA Ticket Machine help point facility.  Working within a 24/7 call center environment to a rostered work pattern.  Providing clear and concise assistance to customers enabling them to correctly navigate the Ticket Machines on the Greater Anglia station network, providing support to customers ticketing needs and information relating to the real time running of the Greater Anglia timetable and station information. Providing a professional and friendly ‘face’ of Greater Anglia for customers at all times.

What we are looking for:

You will be a people person, with excellent telephone manner. You will also have great interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a pressurized setting, where call volumes inward may spike, whilst maintain a professional approach.

You must have excellent written and communication skills, and have an understanding of Health and Safety, Data Protection legislation and relevant company policies. You should also have an understanding the Greater Anglia network, and station environments in which GA provide a service.

There is a £10 shift allowance for overnight shifts and Sunday working is on a rostered overtime basis.
