VITA Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader role within Norwich.  You will be supported by a supervisory team, and lead a newly established team to provide 24/7 customer support.  The function of this department is to respond, support and assist customers during transactions and respond in a professional yet friendly manner to ensure our customers are supported throughout the ticketing process.  The team also provide real time customer service information, again 24/7 via our dedicated telephony system. 

You will need to be a people person, and be prepared to support the team through change and growth. The successful role holder will be expected to participate fully with the team, and sit on the supervisory roster, as well as be available to provide a point of escalation as required by the business needs. Reporting into the Head of Customer Service - Contact Centre and Catering you will actively be involved in developing and coaching staff, as well as the necessary management for attendance requirements.
