Greater Anglia is in the early stages of a £1.4bn investment in new trains, customer and staff facilities and colleague development and in doing so transforming the customer experience for millions of our customers on a daily basis. We are now recruiting for a dynamic Area Customer Service Manager who is capable of leading this change for a West Anglia region.
Already a strong motivator and proven leader, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of KPI achievement by investing in your teams, encouraging clear two way communication and keeping colleagues engaged throughout the process.
Just as importantly, your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to quickly build relationships with key external stakeholders, trade unions and cross-functional groups throughout the business.
You will be able to demonstrate a clear ability to influence important strategic decisions and be comfortable with formulating a local business plan to drive improvements in line with the Greater Anglia vision and values. As such, you will be able to plan, forecast and deliver budgets and be able to give examples of how you have grown revenue in innovative ways.
With a responsibility for many thousands of passenger journeys per day, you will understand that safety is critical on the railway and you will be ready to uphold the very highest standards and deliver all statutory and regulatory obligations required.
