Our business is undergoing an exciting transformation; with £1.4bn investment in new trains, new station facilities and the backing of a long term franchise that will transform customer journeys throughout East Anglia.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to be an integral member of our HR function to lead and develop Greater Anglia’s engagement and wellbeing strategy. You will be required to collaborate with key business partners, diagnose and formulate action plans in line with Investors in People accreditation and the annual employee engagement survey. Based at our Head Office at Stratford you will be required to work across the Greater Anglia route.

In this role, you will communicate actions and results of employee engagement surveys, review progress against employee engagement and safety survey action plans. You will also be required to write regular internal articles for the intranet or company publication, promoting engagement and wellbeing activities.

Other areas of responsibilities will see you lead and communicate wellbeing initiatives across the business including working with appropriate third party suppliers on various wellbeing promotions and schemes.  

This role will suit an individual who is highly self-motivated, ability to work on their own to achieve result once given direction. You will have excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to drive initiatives forward. Experience of managing projects, report writing and the ability to deliver above expectations will be key to this role.
