- 21 hours and 52.5 minutes per week including weekends.
- You must be able to arrange your own transport for shifts. The shift is a static shift from 09:45am to 18:30pm every Monday and Saturday and every other Tuesday and Sunday (based on a two week roster).

Join Our Team as a Welcome Host (Part Time) at Norwich.
The Role
In this role, as a Welcome Host, you’ll be the friendly face of Greater Anglia, delivering effective customer service while helping passengers travel smoothly and safely. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Create a welcoming environment while providing proactive assistance to customers on and off trains.
- Handle all matters related to safety, security, cash regulations, and maintenance of ticket machines.
- Carry out winter precautions in accordance with station arrangements.
- Maintain security at the station.
- Perform station cleaning to uphold the appearance of the station.
- Conduct security checks as part of the Station Security Plans (SSP), with varying frequencies based on the station (every 30 minutes to twice a day). (we should not be advertising this)
- Look for left items, ensure waste bins are secured, and confirm that doors are shut and/or locked during security checks.
