An exciting opportunity has become arisen to join the Engineering Commercial Team at Greater Anglia. We are recruiting for the position of Contract Manager.

The Role

Based in Ilford and Shenfield, this key business position manages the Lease and Train Servicing Agreements for the brand new Adventra fleet. Greater Anglia are in the process of renewing the complete fleet in the Anglia region, transforming travel for millions of customers. The new fleet comes with warranties, performance and servicing obligations that are managed by a small team in Ilford. The post holder will be responsible for managing these multi-million pound contracts, ensuring accurate invoicing, executing the performance regimes, managing non-compliance, validating additional services and authoring Variations with a view to ensuring the very best service is provided to our travelling customers.

What we are looking for

The post holder will require education to HNC / Degree level with significant experience in contract management and negotiations. You will also have experience in budgeting & forecasting, stakeholder management.

Engineering and or Train maintenance experience beneficial. Previous experience in leading a team would be desirable.
