We have an excellent opportunity within our Customer Service Team for an Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operator, Relief. Although you will be based at Bishops Stortford, you will be covering stations between Cheshunt and Bishops Stortford stations.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed colleague to provide our customers with excellent service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced through pro-active monitoring of the gateline facility (ATGs.)  In addition, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the gateline (ATG's), fault reporting and keeping your work area clean and tidy. 

The role involves early starts, late finishes, weekend, and bank holiday working. Earliest shift is from 06:00am, and latest shift finishes by 22:00pm.
