We have an excellent opportunity within our Customer Service Team at Broxbourne Station for an Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operator. This is a fixed term contract until 24th September 2022.

The Role

We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to provide our customers with excellent service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced through pro-active monitoring of the gateline facility (ATGs.)  In addition, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the gateline (ATG's), fault reporting and keeping your work area clean and tidy. 

The role will involve early starts, late finishes, weekend, and bank holiday working. An average of 35 hours per week.
