We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Operations Department as a Delay Attribution Manager. This is a full time role based at Romford ROC.

This post requires an experienced applicant with a solid knowledge of the Delay Attribution, Procedures and Rules applied within the Rail Industry. 

The purpose of this role is to work alongside Greater Anglia and National Rail colleagues to investigate delay causing incidents. The role will require the ability to liaise directly with train crew, station staff and National Rail staff to investigate delay causing incidents ensuring they are accurately recorded to reflect the true root cause, enabling the business to make more informed decisions in tackling performance matters.’

The successful applicant will be required to lead the Delay Attribution team and will report to the Analysis and Attribution Manager.

Proven ability to negotiate would be advantageous

The role also required an element of report production so knowledge of excel and ideally PoweBI would be useful
