Our Asset Management Project Control Team might just be the place for you.  We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to join a dynamic & highly motivated team as a Documentation Controller. This position will be a full time, fixed term contract for 6 months. The role will be based at our office - One Stratford Place, but you will be working from home until further notice.

Every day is different in the world of Asset Management, so whilst this role will bring its challenges, it will also provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to make their mark by helping to improve the way projects are controlled.   Asset Management is an ISO Accredited function with outstanding processes that have formed part of our DNA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire document control process throughout the department, as well as coordinating a number of cross team activities.  The role also involves maintenance of a high number of documentation and process trackers which form part of our data analysis and governance reports, so a keen eye for detail is essential.  In addition, there are responsibilities for providing administration support such as minute taking, raising purchase orders, dealing with invoice queries and preparing PowerPoint presentations for the department.

 Essential

Demonstrable experience and/or solid understanding of document control processes within a regulated industry
Exceptional organisation skills with a good eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate with a wide range of people at all levels
Ability to work on own initiative & to challenge when necessary
Good understanding of Project Documentation Requirements
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
Intermediate MS Projects would be a distinct advantage

 Non-Essential

Previous experience of working within a rail environment would be preferred
Knowledge of safety regulations (particularly CDM)
