Revenue Protection Officer

An opportunity has arisen within the Greater Anglia Revenue Protection team at Cambridge Station.

Role and Accountability

We are looking for people who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, work safely, promote innovation, have integrity, deliver results and are team players.

Ideally you will be a flexible, enthusiastic and hardworking individual, with a drive to provide our customers with excellent customer service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced. If you are flexible and customer focused, this could be the role for you.

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications Required

You will need to be a problem solver, and be able to think on your feet, as you will encounter many different situations on a daily basis. Your personality and commitment are essential to be successful in the role.

Part of this role will require you to undertake supervisory duties and being able to make decisions quickly and communicate these effectively is an essential part of the role. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a high standard of report writing.

Please note that you will be required to work shifts between 05:00 and 01:00, including weekends and bank holidays.
