Ticket Office Supervisor Relief

We have an exciting opportunity for a Ticket Office Supervisor Relief to join the team at Broxbourne Station in a Full Time Role.

Role and Accountability:

You will provide exceptional Customer Service to Greater Anglia customers through the provision of ticket sales, oyster enquiries, assistance with travel queries and effective maintenance of the station ticket vending machines. You will also assist the senior supervisor with the effective management of all back office functions including reconciling of cash and balancing of mobile ticket sales.

Experience, knowledge and Qualifications Required:

You need to be confident, enthusiastic, and flexible with a 'can do' attitude towards your work. You will need to be able to work well under pressure and be ready to assist our customers with any queries or help they need. This role can be physically demanding.

Shifts cover 7 days a week with both early and late shifts forming part of the roster. The working week is 35 hours. All applicants need to be able to work the full roster.
