Ticket Office Supervisor

We have a great opportunity for a Ticket Office Supervisor to join the team at Harlow Town Station.

Role and Accountability:

You will supervise a team who are both driven and committed to exceeding customers expectation at all times, and be involved in driving sales, while demonstrating a desire to achieve sales targets and incentive schemes.

Ensure that Ticket Vending Machines and iStation are maintained and effective, and on-train staff have their appropriate equipment. You will be processing sales transactions, adhering to the company Cash Regulations Policy, and there will be an element of period end accounting.

Using company systems including TIMS, Fujitsu, and arranging out of hours cover to meet Schedule 17.

Experience, knowledge and Qualifications Required:

You need to be confident, enthusiastic, flexible with a 'can do' attitude towards your work. You will need to be able to work well under pressure and be ready to assist our customers with any queries or help they need. This role can be physically demanding.

This role is shift based and will involve working a range of shifts including both early and late turns of duty. The role also involves weekend working including Sunday turns that are outside of the standard 35hr working week. T&C's as per Anglia Team Working policy.
