Qualified Drivers

We are looking for 13 Qualified Drivers to join the team as part of an exciting transformation; with £1.4bn investment in new trains, new station facilities and the backing of a long-term franchise that will transform customer journeys throughout East Anglia it never been a better time to join us.

Role and Accountability:

Being a Train Driver is a safety critical job, and we are looking for Qualified Train drivers with an impeccable safety record to join our operations team. The locations are Bishops Stortford, Cambridge, and Norwich. As a Qualified Train Driver, you’ll play a lead role in our business as we drive improvements and deliver an even better experience to our Customers.

Experience, knowledge and Qualifications Required:

We are building our future talent of qualified drivers and want to hear from drivers looking for that next challenge in their careers. You must clearly demonstrate in your application your reasons for applying, confirm you have 2 years or more train driving experience and the location you are considering.

Naturally you will have the experience of driving passenger trains across the network combined with the customer service passion to ensure our customers get from A to B as seamlessly as possible.
