Technician Level 3  (2 shift) - FTC

We require a Technician to join Greater Anglia on a Fixed Term, shift work basis, based at Cambridge Station. Contracts will run until the end of December 2019.

Role and Accountability:

Due to the secondment of Line of Route colleagues to Stadler for their training on new stock, there is a requirement to continue business as usual with the legacy fleet. We require a Rolling Stock Technician with relevant EMU experience. They will be responsible for the repair, fault diagnosis and attendance of units whilst in service all along the Greater Anglia route. Technicians could also be tasked with mobile work.

Experience, knowledge and Qualifications Required:

The ideal candidates will be pro-active, quick thinking, highly skilled and able to operate in a forever changing environment, often on their own.
