Trainee Conductor's

We have opportunities for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our on-board train crew teams based at Colchester, Clacton, Ipswich, Norwich and Liverpool Street.

Role and Accountability:

Our Operations Department is integral to the smooth running of our trains and Customer Service is at the heart of everything we do.  Therefore, we are looking to expand our Conductor Team to help us to improve customer experience.

You will be working in pressurised situations and will be required to build a great rapport with customers to help diffuse difficult situations to create a seamless journey.  As a first point of contact for commuters on our trains you will act as an ambassador for Greater Anglia.

Experience, knowledge and Qualifications Required:

You will have extensive Customer Services experience coupled with the ability and experience of working in pressurised situations.

If working 35 hours per week on a shift basis that includes early starts, late finishes, weekend and bank holidays is of an interest then this may be the ideal job for you.
